I often compose the world around me with a photographic frame in mind, and I do compulsively photograph in my daily life. I have certain visual obsessions I’ve been photographing for years, for instance groups of furniture on the side of the road, close-up flowers and mushrooms and phone booths. I studied and printed black and white and color film at The Photographic Center NW in Seattle. You can also see examples on my YouTube Page

Today I’m using my photography in my book design, greeting cards and calendars. I’ve shown my work in past and it would be great to work in a darkroom again. Of course I have a couple shows in mind:
La-La : A retrospective of Timmi
Even while she was alive but not for years now, Timmi and I had talked about this photo show. There was a time when I had a lot of ideas for photo shoots and Timmi was always game. Every creative project I came up with included her in some way, until she went back to school and became a teacher. My dear muse passed away in 2025
